We print your custom graphics directly onto a massive 900µ (0.9mm) thick magnetic sheet. The front features a smooth, matt white PET finish that holds our UV-resistant, waterproof inks perfectly. Order standard rectangular sizes ranging from 100mm x 100mm up to 950mm x 1000mm, or upload a custom vector cut path to create completely bespoke silhouettes.
Ensure your vehicle panel is perfectly clean and dry before applying the magnet. To protect your vehicle’s paintwork, you must remove the sign every 2 to 3 days to clean the surface behind it.

Color Mode: Export your file strictly as a CMYK PDF.

Resolution: Set your design to 150 dpi.

Typography: Outline or embed all fonts. Use a minimum font size of 18pt and a minimum line weight of 2pt.

Custom Cut Shapes: Supply a vector cutting guide using a 0.25pt overprint stroke. Set the stroke as a spot color named “KissCutting” at 100% Magenta. Ensure the cut path is one continuous, unbroken line with no overlaps.
