Bleed Area: Add a 3mm bleed to all outer edges.

File Setup: Supply a 2-page, double-sided PDF. (Example: For an A4 folded to A5, Page 1 must display panels 4 & 1. Page 2 must display panels 2 & 3).

Color Warning: If your design features dark, solid colored backgrounds that overlap the fold lines, we highly recommend upgrading to our Laminated Folded Leaflets to prevent the ink from cracking.

We machine-fold our 120gsm and 130gsm papers instantly. To ensure a flawless finish on thicker material, we carefully crease our 170gsm stocks prior to folding, preventing the paper fibers from cracking along the spine.

Color Mode: Export your file strictly as a CMYK PDF.

Resolution: Set your design to 300 dpi.

Typography: Outline or embed all fonts before you save your final PDF.

Landscape Folds: If creating a landscape fold, submit the front and back pages on Page 1. Keep the front page orientation correct, but rotate the back page 180 degrees. Rotate all inside pages on Page 2 by 180 degrees to ensure correct orientation when folded.
