Preparing Artwork for A4 Wiro-Bound Publications
Submit the complete publication as one PDF, with every page arranged in consecutive order from the front cover through to the back cover.
For example, a 22-page wiro-bound booklet should be supplied as a single PDF containing all 22 pages.
Artwork Requirements
- The total page count must be even and divisible by two.
- Keep text, page numbers and images safely away from every page edge.
- Maintain a minimum 15 mm safe zone along the binding edge.
- Allow at least 10 mm of safe space around all other edges.
- Download the available templates to help position your artwork correctly.
- Add 3 mm of bleed to every side.
- Supply the file as a CMYK PDF, preferably using the PDF/X-1a standard.
- Outline or embed all fonts.
- Prepare the artwork at 300 dpi.
