NCR book printing requires strict adherence to printable zones to accommodate the spine binding and perforations.

No Bleed Required: Do not add standard bleed to your document.

Non-Printable Margins: NCR books require a 15mm non-printable margin along the bound edge (for stitching and perforation) and a 5mm blank margin around all other edges.

Drilling Safe Zone: If you select hole drilling, leave a 20mm blank margin on the bound edge.

We stitch and tape 50 complete NCR sets into a rigid book, backed by a heavy grey pulp board and protected by a professional 350gsm uncoated cover.
We include a protective writing shield with every order to prevent your pen pressure from transferring to the sets beneath. Choose from A4, A5, A6, or DL sizes in 2-part, 3-part, or 4-part configurations.
Customize your NCR Books entirely with your full-color company branding. Add sequential black numbering for effortless auditing. Because the transfer coating sits beneath the top sheet, only your top page is eligible for double-sided printing.

Standard Upload: Submit one single, print-ready CMYK PDF file. Do not include crop marks or background colors that bleed to the edge.

Double-Sided Printing: Only the top sheet can print double-sided. If printing on the reverse of the top sheet, use 70% Black ink to prevent text from showing through.

Numbering & Drilling: If you request sequential numbering or drill holes, you must upload two files: One clean print-ready file, and one “Guide File” showing a visual box where the numbering/drilling should go. Standard numbering prints in 20pt Courier New black ink.
