Tape printing utilizes specialized machinery that requires strict vector formatting.

Color Mode (Crucial): Do NOT use CMYK or RGB. You must use colors strictly from the Pantone® Coated Library. To print white, create a swatch named “PANTONE White” but represent it visually in your file using a CMYK color (refer to our template).

File Type: Supply as a vector-only PDF. Do not use bitmap images, gradients, or transparencies.

Print Gap: The machine leaves a 7mm horizontal gap between each logo repeat, and a 2.7mm vertical margin at the tape edges. Do not use solid background colors.

Select the exact adhesive material for your warehouse. Choose Hot Melt Polypropylene for cost-effective standard sealing. Select heavy-duty Vinyl Tape for superior tear resistance, or High Tack Acrylic for long-term cold storage. If sustainability is your priority, select our Kraft Paper tape, allowing your customers to recycle the tape directly with the cardboard box.
Apply firm, even pressure using a standard pistol grip dispenser to activate the adhesive perfectly. Tape performs best when stored and applied at 17°C or above. All options are supplied in boxes of 36 rolls.

Software: Create your artwork in Illustrator or InDesign. Export as PDF/X-1a:2001. Submit as 1 single layer.

Typography & Lines: Outline all fonts. Minimum font size is 8pt (10pt for light fonts). Minimum line weight is 1.5pt (3pt for reversed-out lines).
