Promote daily specials, drinks, opening times and forthcoming events with a high-quality chalkboard menu. These practical display signs provide an attractive way to share changing information with customers in both indoor and outdoor settings.
Use chalk markers to add personalised offers, announcements and other messages across the generous 530 × 600 mm (21 × 23 in) display area.
Durable and Practical Construction
Each chalkboard menu is made from stylish dark-brown solid wood and double-painted for additional protection. Steel hinges and brass chains provide a sturdy folding structure that can be opened and closed easily for everyday use.
The same design can be printed on both sides in full-colour CMYK UV ink, helping your branding remain visible from either direction.
Witty messages are not included.

Preparing Print-Ready Chalkboard Artwork
After placing your order, upload one multilayer PDF prepared according to the following requirements:
- Supply the artwork as a CMYK PDF, preferably using the PDF/X-4 standard.
- Outline or embed all fonts.
- Set the artwork resolution to 150 dpi.
- Allow a quiet border of at least 10 mm around the design. A 25 mm border is preferred.
Setting Up the Artwork Layers
- Create two new colour swatches named “Spot_1” and “Spot_2”. Set both swatches to Spot Color using 100% black.
- Create the main design elements and place them on a layer named “Artwork”. This layer should appear at the bottom of the layer list.
- Create the white design elements and place them on the “Spot_1” layer. Apply the “Spot_1” swatch to all graphics on this layer.
- Duplicate these elements, move the copies onto the “Spot_2” layer and apply the “Spot_2” swatch.
- Select the graphics on both the “Spot_1” and “Spot_2” layers, then enable Overprint Fill for all selected elements.
Minimum Detail Requirements
For products printed at 150 dpi, use:
- A minimum font size of 18 pt
- A minimum line weight of 2 pt
Smaller text or thinner lines may not reproduce as expected.
