We start by printing your artwork on premium 350gsm uncoated silk paper. Next, we coat the card in a smooth, matte soft-touch lamination to provide a premium feel and protect the ink. Finally, we apply your chosen digital foil completely flat on top of the laminate, creating a flawless, shimmering contrast against the matte background.
Choose from our traditional 85mm x 55mm rectangle or our modern 55mm x 55mm square format. By utilizing our Foiled Business Cards, you guarantee your clients will stop, look, and run their fingers across your brand.
Setting up digital foil requires a specific PDF file structure. Please follow these rules carefully to ensure accurate printing.

The 4-Page PDF Setup (Double-Sided): Page 1 is your Front Design. Page 2 is your Back Design. Page 3 is the Foil mask for the Front. Page 4 is left blank.

Foil Mask Rules: Your foil mask must contain ONLY the elements you want foiled. These elements must be 100% Black (No Cyan, Magenta, or Yellow). We highly recommend using vector shapes.

Foil Tolerance: Digital foil has a movement tolerance of ±3 mm. Do not attempt to align foil perfectly with printed CMYK elements underneath it.

Restrictions: Do not use serif fonts. Use a minimum font size of 10pt and a minimum line weight of 2pt to prevent the foil from bleeding.
