We construct our standard brown and colored bags from damp-resistant 140gsm Brown Biokraft paper. We manufacture the red bags using a specialized 160gsm KBM paper for added structural integrity. Every bag features robust twisted paper handles. Black and red bags include color-matched handles, while all other colors feature classic brown handles.
We print your custom logo on both sides of the bag using a traditional flexographic process. This applies a crisp, single-color ink to a fixed 150mm x 80mm central area. Choose from specific Pantone ink colors based on your selected bag color (refer to the technical specifications).
