DTG printing requires strict handling of transparent backgrounds.

Print Areas: Left Chest (10cm x 10cm) | Full Front (23cm x 30cm) | Full Back (23cm x 30cm).

Backgrounds (Crucial): Ensure your background is 100% transparent. Any remaining background colors—including white—will be printed directly onto the shirt.

White Ink Settings: We can print white ink. However, ensure your white elements are NOT set to “overprint” in your design software.

Placement: Full front and back prints are positioned approximately 10mm down from the neckline.

We manufacture these t-shirts using soft, durable 100% Ringspun cotton (Sport Grey is 90% Cotton / 10% Polyester). The tubular construction (sizes M/XL) and side-seam construction (sizes XS/S) ensure the shirts stand up to heavy daily wear. Features include a seamless twin-needle collar, taped neck and shoulders, and a tearaway label for easy rebranding.
We print your designs using state-of-the-art Direct to Garment (DTG) technology. This process injects the CMYK ink directly into the cotton fibers, allowing for intricate photographic details and smooth color gradients that remain vibrant wash after wash.
Washing Instructions: Machine wash inside-out at 30°C with like colors. Tumble dry on medium. Do not dry clean or iron directly over the printed graphic.
