DTG printing requires strict handling of transparent backgrounds and precise placement.

Print Areas: Left Chest (10cm x 10cm) | Full Front (31cm x 40cm) | Full Back (31cm x 40cm).

Backgrounds (Crucial): Ensure your background is 100% transparent. Any remaining background colors—including solid white blocks—will print directly onto the shirt fabric.

White Ink Settings: We print white ink. Ensure your white vector elements are NOT set to “overprint” in your design software.

Placement: Position your artwork within the artboard exactly where you want it to print. We position Left Chest prints approximately 100mm down from the neckline. We position Full Front and Full Back prints approximately 10mm down from the neckline.

We manufacture the Gildan GD01 (Male) and GD072 (Female) t-shirts using deluxe 30s Softstyle™ yarns. The 100% combed ringspun cotton creates a lightweight yet highly durable garment. (Note: Light Grey features a 90% Cotton / 10% Polyester blend; Dark Grey features a 50% Cotton / 50% Polyester blend). The fabric weighs 144gsm for white and 153gsm for colors, providing the perfect smooth canvas for custom printing.
Features include a seamless twin-needle 3/4″ collar, taped neck and shoulders, and a modern Euro fit for a sleeker profile in the shoulders and sleeves. We print your custom artwork directly into the fabric using state-of-the-art Direct to Garment (DTG) technology. This process injects CMYK ink into the fibers, allowing for intricate photographic details and smooth color gradients. Choose your exact print placement: Left Chest, Full Front, or Full Back.
Packaging Note: We package orders of 1 to 20 t-shirts in secure polybags. We deliver orders of 20 to 50 t-shirts compactly within a single box.

Print Method: Direct to Garment (DTG).

Color Mode: Export your file strictly as a CMYK PDF.

Resolution: Set your design to 300 dpi. Embed all high-resolution images. No bleed is required.

Typography: Outline or embed all fonts before export. Use a minimum font size of 8pt.

Design Rules: Do not use overlapping paths; combine elements into one continuous graphic. Ink spreads slightly during the printing process, so avoid designs with extremely tight, closely spaced details that could blur or merge.
