Bleed Area: Add a 3mm bleed to all outer edges of your artwork.

Safe Zone: Keep all critical text at least 10mm away from the cut line for the best results.

Drill Hole Safe Zone: If you select pre-drilled holes, keep important graphics at least 25mm away from the corners to avoid the drill bit.

Legibility: Use a minimum font size of 18pt and a minimum line weight of 2pt to guarantee visibility from a distance.

Correx® (3.5mm & 5mm): A lightweight, PVC-free corrugated polypropylene. Fully recyclable and highly cost-effective, this is the industry standard for temporary outdoor signage, estate agent boards, and festival directional signs.

Foamex (3mm, 5mm & 10mm): A smooth, solid PVC sheet that delivers exceptional print clarity. Use 3mm for indoor point-of-sale displays, 5mm for outdoor exhibition panels, and 10mm for freestanding structural signage. Add Gloss lamination to create a wipeable dry-erase surface.

Dibond (3mm): Our most premium, heavy-duty option. We sandwich a solid polyethylene core between two sheets of 0.15mm aluminium to create a rust-proof, fade-resistant board. It delivers up to three years of outdoor durability, making it perfect for permanent shop fascias and construction hoarding.

File Format: Export your file strictly as a CMYK PDF (PDF/X1a format preferred).

Resolution & Scale: Set your design to 150 dpi and supply at a 1:1 scale. Outline or embed all fonts before export.

Ink Bleed Tolerance: Rigid boards use non-porous materials, which carry a 0.25mm ink bleed tolerance. Keep at least 1mm of clear space between fine details (like QR code squares or small text) to prevent ink from merging.

Pre-Drilled Holes: Our machine drill holes measure 5mm wide. On boards with all sides over 400mm, we place holes 30mm from the edge. On smaller boards, we place them 15mm from the edge. You do not need to mark these holes in your artwork file.

Custom Cut Shapes: If you order a custom shape, you must provide a vector cut path. Create a 100% Magenta spot color named “Cut contour” and apply it as a 0.25pt stroke (no fill) to define your custom edge. For double-sided custom shapes, provide a 2-page PDF with the cut path perfectly aligned on both pages.
