Color Mode: Export your file strictly as a CMYK PDF (PDF/X1a format preferred).

Resolution: Set your design to 300 dpi.

Typography: Outline or embed all fonts. Use a minimum font size of 10pt (14pt for white text on colored backgrounds to prevent ink infill).

QR Codes: Due to the curvature of the mug, QR codes must measure exactly 2cm x 2cm. You must use dark codes on a solid white background. Always test your QR code size by wrapping a printed copy around a standard mug before ordering.
