Fabric printing requires a massive bleed area to accommodate the sewing process.

Artwork Scale: Supply your artwork at a 1:1 scale.

Bleed Area (Crucial): Add a massive 20mm bleed to all outer edges. This area wraps around the cushion seams.

Crop Marks: Remove all crop marks and color bars from your file. If you leave them in the bleed area, they will appear on the final sewn product.

We manufacture these cushions using 100% durable polyester, complete with a concealed zip for easy removal. Choose between a standard sturdy texture or upgrade to our luxurious soft-touch fabric. The soft-touch material absorbs the ink deeper into the fibers, resulting in richer, slightly darker colors.
We print your design edge-to-edge in vibrant full color on both sides of the cushion as standard. You can print the identical image on both sides or display two entirely different designs. Choose from three distinct sizes: Small (356mm x 356mm), Medium (457mm x 457mm), or Large (660mm x 660mm). Spot or dry clean only to preserve the vibrancy of the ink.

Color Mode: Export your file strictly as a CMYK PDF (PDF/X1a format preferred).
