Digital foiling requires a specific 4-page PDF file structure. Please follow these rules carefully.

The 4-Page PDF Setup (Double-Sided): Page 1 is your Front Design. Page 2 is your Back Design. Page 3 is the Foil mask for the Front. Page 4 is left blank.

Foil Mask Rules: Your foil mask (Page 3) must contain ONLY the elements you want foiled. These elements must be 100% Black vector graphics (No Cyan, Magenta, or Yellow).

Safe Zone: Keep all foil elements at least 3mm away from the trim edges.

Make your brand shine. Metallic Foil Flyers deliver an unparalleled level of luxury without inflating your printing budget. We apply stunning, highly reflective metallic accents specifically to the logos, borders, or text elements you want to highlight.
We start by printing your custom CMYK design on premium 350gsm Silk or Uncoated paper. We seal the flyer with a smooth Matt Soft Touch laminate. Finally, we apply your chosen digital foil completely flat on top of the laminate. This creates a striking visual contrast between the muted, velvety background and the brilliant metallic shine.
Choose Gold, Silver, or Copper foil for timeless, sophisticated invitations. Select Red or Blue foil to add festive flair to your holiday promotions. We apply the foil strictly to one side of the flyer, allowing you to print standard information clearly on the reverse. Order in flexible quantities from 25 up to 5,000 units.

Tolerance: Foil application carries a registration tolerance of ±3mm. Do not attempt to perfectly align foil directly over printed CMYK elements.

Typography & Lines: Do not use serif fonts. Use a minimum font size of 10pt and a minimum line weight of 2pt to prevent the foil from bleeding or breaking.

Color Mode: Export your file strictly as a CMYK PDF (PDF/X1a format preferred).

Resolution: Set your design to 300 dpi.
