Interlocking folders require highly specific die-cut templates. You must use our provided files to set up your design.

Oversized Dimensions: We engineer our folders slightly larger than standard paper sizes (e.g., an A4 folder easily fits A4 paper inside).

Bleed Area: Add a 3mm bleed extending past the outer cut lines of the template.

Safe Zone: Keep all text at least 3mm away from the cut lines and fold lines.

We manufacture these folders using an intelligent die-cut design. The bottom and side flaps interlock securely, eliminating the need for glue while creating a sturdy pocket for your documents. We supply the folders completely flat and pre-creased, saving you massive amounts of storage space in your office. Simply fold them together exactly when you need them.
Build the exact folder your business requires. Choose A4 to hold standard contracts, A5 for compact event programs, or DL for slimline tourist information and vouchers. Select your required spine capacity (0mm to 10mm) to hold the exact amount of paper you need. We print your branding in full color on heavy 350gsm Silk paper and highly recommend adding Matt, Gloss, or Soft Touch lamination to prevent the ink from cracking along the spine folds.
