No Bleed Required: Do not add standard bleed.

Non-Printable Edge: NCR pads require a 5mm blank margin around the entire edge of the paper for machine gripping. Do not place background colors, borders, or text in this zone.

Drilling Safe Zone: If you select hole drilling, you must leave a 20mm blank margin on the left edge.

NCR (No Carbon Required) technology allows you to write on the top sheet and instantly transfer the exact text to the sheets beneath it—no smudging, no separate carbon inserts, and no hassle. We supply these in convenient pads of 50 sets, securely glued at the top with a sturdy cardboard backing. Simply fill out the form, tear out the client copy, and leave the master copy safely attached to the pad.
Customize your NCR Pads entirely with your full-color company branding. We offer A4, A5, A6, and DL sizes in 2-part, 3-part, or 4-part sets. Add sequential black numbering or left-edge drilling to make filing and auditing effortless.

Standard Upload: Submit one single, print-ready CMYK PDF file containing no crop marks or guide lines. Ensure all form fields are flattened.

Double-Sided Printing: Only the top sheet can be printed double-sided (transfer copies are single-sided only). If printing on the reverse, use 70% Black ink to prevent text from showing through to the front.

Adding Numbering/Drilling: If you request sequential numbering or drill holes, you must upload two files: One clean print-ready file, and one “Guide File” showing a box where the numbering/drilling should be placed. Standard numbering is printed in 20pt Courier New black ink.
