Choose 5mm KAPA®plast to achieve vivid, photorealistic color reproduction. Select 5mm KAPA®tex for a textured, canvas-like aesthetic. For a thicker, more rigid display, upgrade to our 10mm Smart-X® board.
We cut these boards to your exact custom dimensions, ranging from a compact 200mm x 200mm up to a massive 1500mm x 2800mm. The solid foam core makes them incredibly easy to drill and mount to walls, suspend from ceilings, or use as freestanding cutouts.
While suitable for temporary outdoor use, we highly recommend keeping Foam Boards indoors to protect them from extreme weather fluctuations and prolong their lifespan.

Color Mode: Export your file strictly as a CMYK PDF (PDF/X1a format preferred).

Resolution: Set your design to 150 dpi.

Typography: Outline or embed all fonts. Use a minimum font size of 18pt and a minimum line weight of 2pt.

Custom Cut Shapes & Drilling: If you order a custom shape with drill holes, supply a vector cutting guide. Create a “Cut contour” 100% Magenta spot color (0.25pt stroke) for the outer cut path. Create a “Cut contour drill” 100% Yellow spot color (0.25pt stroke) for the drill holes. Drill holes must be at least 5mm in diameter and placed at least 25mm from the board’s edge.
