Setting up foiled plastic cards requires a specific 4-page PDF file structure. Please follow these rules carefully.

The 4-Page PDF Setup: Page 1 is your Front Design. Page 2 is your Back Design. Page 3 is the Foil mask for the Front. Page 4 is left blank.

Foil Mask Rules: Your foil mask (Page 3) must contain ONLY the elements you want foiled. These elements must be 100% Black vector graphics (No Cyan, Magenta, or Yellow).

Foil Tolerance: Foiling has a registration tolerance of ±0.5 mm. Do not apply foil to small text (under 10pt) or thin lines (under 1pt). Do not print CMYK ink underneath your foil elements to avoid visible misregistration shadows.
