Bleed Area: Add a massive 10mm bleed to all outer edges. Ensure full-bleed background images cover this entire extended area.

Safe Zone: Keep all critical text and logos at least 10mm away from the cut lines and fold lines.

Brown Board Warning: We cannot print white ink on brown corrugated cardboard. Any white elements in your design will remain unprinted, exposing the natural brown board underneath. Printed colors will also shift and appear warmer on brown board.

Two-File Upload: You must upload TWO separate PDF files. File 1 must show your artwork with our template lines overlaid on top (for our verification). File 2 must contain ONLY your artwork with the template lines completely removed (for the final print).

Color Mode: Export your file strictly as a CMYK PDF. Supply your artwork in PDF/X1a format without crop marks.

Resolution: Set your design to 300 dpi for sharp clarity.

Typography: Outline or embed all fonts before you save your final PDF.

Orientation Check: Visualize how the box folds together. Ensure your graphics face the correct direction on the top, bottom, and side panels when fully assembled.

Production Tolerance: The cutting and folding process carries a 5mm movement tolerance. Always utilize the full 10mm safe zone to prevent your text from shifting into a crease.
