Pouch packaging requires highly specific file setups, especially for transparent materials.

Bleed Area: Add a 10mm bleed to the top, left, and right edges.

Safe Zone: Keep important design features at least 7mm away from the trim edge.

White Underpin (Transparent Film Only): To print opaque colors on transparent film, you must create a spot color named “White” (Case sensitive, set to 100% Cyan). Place this on a top layer named “White”, set to overprint. Use vector shapes, not bitmaps.

Protect your product while maximizing retail space. Flexible Pouch Packaging uses 75% less plastic than rigid containers while offering superior protection for food, cosmetics, and pet treats. The expanding bottom gusset allows the pouch to stand completely upright on retail shelves.
Choose the exact barrier material your product needs. Select Transparent Film (PE EVOH) to showcase your contents safely. Choose Paper/Aluminium for ultimate UV and moisture blocking (perfect for coffee and spices). Select Recyclable Paper for dry goods like nuts and powders.
Customize your pouches with a resealable zip lock to minimize waste, and add a standard Euroslot hanging hole for pegboard displays. We send all pouches open at the top. We highly recommend heat-sealing them after filling, even if you order the zip closure, to ensure total protection during shipping.

Two-File Upload: Upload one print-ready PDF, and a second PDF with our template overlaid for verification. Ensure your printable artwork is on a layer named “Artwork”.

Color Mode: Export your file strictly as a CMYK PDF (PDF/X1a format preferred).

Thermal Limits: Safe for hot contents up to 70°C for 2 hours, or 100°C for 15 minutes.
