1. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the artwork, text, images, logos, designs, files, and other content you upload or submit to DI PRINT. You must make sure you have the legal right to use and print the content.

2. Content we may refuse

We may refuse, cancel, pause, or remove any order or uploaded content if we believe it is unlawful, harmful, unsafe, offensive, misleading, or risky.

3. Illegal content

• Content that breaks UK law
• Content that encourages criminal activity
• Content that supports fraud
• Content containing stolen personal data
• Content that infringes copyright or trade marks
• Content that breaches privacy rights
• Content containing unlawful threats
• Content that misrepresents official documents or authority

4. Copyright and trade mark content

• Brand logos
• Famous characters
• Sports club logos
• Music or film artwork
• Celebrity images
• Designer graphics
• Stock images
• Fonts
• Illustrations
• Trade marks
• Business branding owned by someone else

5. Offensive or harmful content

• Hate speech
• Harassment
• Abuse
• Threats
• Discriminatory content
• Bullying
• Extreme graphic content
• Content promoting violence
• Content targeting protected groups
• Content designed to intimidate or harm others

6. Misleading or fraudulent content

• Content pretending to be from a government body
• Content pretending to be from a bank or official organisation
• Fake certificates or passes
• False claims
• Fake reviews
• Copied business identity
• Scam or phishing material

7. Personal data and privacy

• Names
• Addresses
• Phone numbers
• Email addresses
• Photos
• ID details
• Customer lists
• Employee details
• Medical or sensitive information

8. Political, campaign, and public message content

We may review political, campaign, public message, protest, or advocacy content before accepting an order. We may refuse content if it is unlawful, misleading, hateful, threatening, or likely to cause harm.

9. Age-restricted or regulated products and services

We may refuse printed content that promotes products, services, or activities that are heavily regulated or age-restricted, especially where the content may be unlawful, misleading, or unsafe. We may ask for more information before accepting such orders.

10. Health, legal, financial, and professional claims

If your artwork includes health, legal, financial, or professional claims, you are responsible for making sure those claims are accurate, lawful, and not misleading. We do not verify the accuracy of claims in your artwork.

11. Content involving children

We may refuse content involving children if we believe it is unsafe, exploitative, unlawful, or inappropriate. You must have permission to use any images of children where required.

12. Security and harmful files

• Viruses
• Malware
• Spyware
• Harmful scripts
• Corrupt files
• Password-protected files that cannot be checked
• Files designed to damage systems

13. Our right to review content

We may review uploaded files manually or automatically. However, we are not required to review every file before printing. Acceptance of an order does not mean we approve, endorse, or accept legal responsibility for your content.

14. Order cancellation

• Pause the order
• Ask for replacement artwork
• Cancel the order
• Refuse to print the content
• Close or restrict your account
• Report unlawful content where required

15. Customer responsibility for claims

You agree that you are responsible for claims, losses, damages, costs, or legal issues caused by content you upload or ask us to print.

16. Reporting content concerns

• Your name
• Your contact details
• Details of the content
• Why you believe it breaks this policy
• Evidence of your rights, if relevant
• Any order number, if known
