Plexiglas® Acrylic Sign Printing
Enhance office interiors, display artwork or increase your brand’s visibility with durable and stylish acrylic signs. Suitable for professional and personal spaces, they provide a versatile solution for decorative and promotional displays.
Thickness and Size Options
Choose from two acrylic thicknesses:
- 3 mm sheets: Available from 200 × 200 mm up to 1,500 × 1,800 mm
- 5 mm sheets: Available from 200 × 200 mm up to 1,200 × 1,950 mm
Available Finishes
- Transparent Acrylic: Allows light to pass through the design, creating an illuminated visual effect.
- Semi-Opaque Acrylic: Displays the complete design while permitting subtle backlighting for added impact.
Printing and Applications
Acrylic signs are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. They can also be arranged as multi-panel displays that combine to create one continuous image.
Submit your artwork in CMYK format, and we will complete the printing process.
For clear acrylic, the artwork is automatically mirrored and printed on the reverse of the sheet. This protects the ink while keeping the design bright and clearly visible from the front.
For Opal acrylic, the artwork is printed directly onto the front surface, providing clear visibility and a polished finish.
Plexiglas® acrylic signs offer a durable, customisable and visually striking display option for business branding, artwork and interior decoration.
UK delivery is free, although exceptions apply.

Preparing Artwork for Acrylic Signs
- Add 3 mm of bleed to every side of the artwork.
- Prepare the design in full CMYK colour mode.
- Supply the finished artwork as a PDF for the best printing results, preferably using the PDF/X-1a:2001 standard.
- Embed all fonts within the file or convert them to outlines.
- Set all images to a resolution of 150 dpi.
- Keep important content at least 5 mm away from every edge.
- A 10 mm safe zone is recommended for the best result.
- Use a minimum font size of 18 pt.
- Ensure lines have a minimum thickness of 2 pt.
