Saddle-Stitched Binding
A5 booklets are produced using saddle stitching. The printed pages are folded, placed inside one another and secured through the spine using wire staples.

Add Soft Touch cover lamination for a stylish, eye-catching finish with improved durability. For a smooth and professional appearance, choose a Silk paper finish.
Orders of up to 500 copies are generally produced using advanced digital-printing equipment. Larger quantities are printed using modern lithographic presses.

Preparing Artwork for A5 Booklets and Brochures
Submit the complete booklet artwork as one PDF, with all pages arranged in consecutive reading order.
For example, a 40-page brochure should be supplied as a single PDF containing all 40 pages in the correct sequence.
Artwork Requirements
- The total page count must be divisible by four.
- Keep text, page numbers and images safely away from every edge.
- Maintain a minimum safe zone of 5 mm around all sides.
- Add 3 mm of bleed to every edge.
- Supply the artwork as a CMYK PDF.
- Outline or embed all fonts.
- Prepare the file at 300 dpi.
