Square Perfect-Bound Booklet Printing
Present your content in a stylish and distinctive format with square perfect-bound booklets. Their sleek, lightweight construction makes them suitable for marketing campaigns, events and professional publications.
Lamination is strongly recommended for covers with heavy ink coverage. It adds a protective layer that helps prevent scuffing, rubbing and ink transfer during transportation or storage.
Choose from coated and uncoated materials for both the cover and internal pages.

Square Perfect-Bound Booklet Technical Specifications
Artwork Submission
Provide the booklet artwork as two separate files:
- Cover file: Supply the cover as a complete spread that includes the spine. Use the spine-width calculator to determine the correct spine measurement.
- Internal-pages file: Submit all inner pages individually and arrange them in consecutive reading order.
For example, a 40-page brochure requires:
- One 36-page PDF containing the internal pages
- One two-page cover PDF, with the outside cover spread on page 1 and the inside cover spread on page 2
File Requirements
- The total page count must be divisible by two.
- Keep text, page numbers and images at least 10 mm away from every edge.
- Leave the inside spine and an additional 6 mm on either side completely unprinted to ensure the glue bonds correctly.
- Add 3 mm of bleed to all sides.
- Supply the artwork as a CMYK PDF.
- Outline or embed all fonts.
- Prepare the file at 300 dpi.
