Heavy Cotton™ adult T-shirts provide a comfortable and versatile option for many different purposes. They are suitable for branded staff uniforms, exhibition and trade-show giveaways, personalised presents, and other custom-clothing requirements.

Made from 100% pre-shrunk cotton jersey knit*, these garments provide a comfortable fit from the first wear while retaining their shape over time.

*Light Grey contains 90% cotton and 10% polyester, while Dark Grey contains 50% cotton and 50% polyester.

Full-Colour DTG Printing

Advanced Direct-to-Garment (DTG) technology enables detailed, high-resolution printing in full colour. This process is well suited to photographs, intricate artwork, colour gradients and designs featuring overlapping or layered shades.

Whether your design is vibrant and bold or subtle and detailed, DTG printing produces sharp, durable and eye-catching graphics.

Sizes and Printing Options

T-shirts are available in sizes from Small to XXL. Orders can include up to 299 garments per batch, making this service suitable for both smaller quantities and larger runs.

Choose single-sided or double-sided printing on the front, back or left chest. Upload your design to the supplied artwork template and position it within your preferred printing area.

Packaging

T-shirts are packaged according to the quantity ordered:

• 1–20 T-shirts: Delivered in multiple bags
• 20–50 T-shirts: Delivered in one box

Washing Instructions

• Machine wash at 30°C.
• Turn the garment inside out and wash it with similar colours.
• Use non-chlorine bleach only.
• Tumble dry using a medium setting.
• Do not iron decorated areas.
• Do not dry-clean.
