Don’t have artwork files? Need a fresh, eye-catching layout created from scratch? Let DI PRINT be your personal graphic designer. Whether you need an existing design updated with new contact details or a complete custom layout for an upcoming event, our creative team combines design expertise with technical print knowledge to bring your ideas to life.

1. What is Design Services?

Design Services is our bespoke artwork creation package. It is designed for customers who do not have pre-existing print-ready files, lack professional design software, or need custom layout adjustments (such as updating names, text, or branding on existing artwork).

Starting from a simple concept, sketch, or written brief, our professional designers craft tailored, high-impact artwork that aligns with your brand and is guaranteed 100% print-ready.

2. What Design Services Includes

When you choose Design Services, our team handles the entire creative and technical setup for your product, including:

  • Custom Graphic Layouts: Bespoke visual concept creation for flyers, business cards, booklets, banners, packaging, and promo items.
  • Text & Content Updates: Changing names, addresses, phone numbers, prices, or details on existing artwork.
  • Typography & Styling: Professional font selection, text hierarchy, and readable formatting tailored to your product.
  • Brand & Color Matching: Integrating your brand logos, color schemes, and vector elements using precise CMYK print standards.
  • Special Finish Layer Setup: Creating separate technical layers for special finishes like Spot UV, foil stamping, white ink, or die-cut paths.
  • Press-Ready Technical Setup: Ensuring correct dimensions, 3mm bleed, safe area margins, and high-resolution image output.

3. How Design Services Works

  1. Configure Your Order: Select your print product on our website, choose Design Services from the drop-down menu on the product page, and proceed through checkout.
  2. Submit Your Brief: Provide a clear description of your design vision along with any text, logos, or images you want us to use.
  3. We Create Your Artwork: Our graphic designers review your brief and build a custom design tailored to your specifications.
  4. Review Your Digital Proof: We send a digital proof directly to your email and DI PRINT account for review.
  5. Refine & Finalise: Provide your feedback. We will work with you to refine the layout until you are completely happy with the result.
  6. Approve & Print: Once you approve the final proof, your artwork goes straight into production.

4. What You Need to Provide

To help us deliver the best possible design result quickly, please provide a detailed brief containing:

  • Written Copy: All final text, headlines, contact details, prices, dates, and addresses (typed out clearly).
  • Branding Assets: High-resolution logos (vector formats such as EPS, AI, or PDF are preferred).
  • Images & Photos: High-resolution product images or photos you wish to feature.
  • Design Preferences: Color schemes, preferred styles (modern, bold, minimalist, etc.), and any sample images or inspiration you like.

5. What Design Services Does Not Cover

To keep our service efficient and focused on artwork creation, Design Services does not include:

  • Copywriting & Proofreading: You must provide final, checked text. We do not write copy or verify spelling, grammar, or phone numbers.
  • Full Brand Identity Design: Creating brand-new company logos from scratch (unless specifically quoted separately).
  • Legal & Licensing Verification: Ensuring you have permission or copyright ownership for images, logos, and fonts supplied to us.
  • Print Production Fees: Design fees cover artwork creation; product printing is calculated separately in your cart.

6. Collaborative Revision Process

We believe in open communication. Your input shapes the final result, and we want you to be proud of your printed product. We incorporate your feedback at every stage, refining text placement, colors, and graphics until your design matches your vision and expectations.

7. Lead Times & Turnaround

Design turnaround depends on the complexity of your brief, how quickly you supply your required text and images, and how many revision rounds are needed. Official print production lead times and estimated delivery dates begin after you give final approval on your design proof.

8. Need Help Starting Your Design Brief?

If you have questions about setting up a brief or need advice before placing your order, contact our design team.
